    What is your minimum order quantity?

    We offer a low MOQ of 200 units per color/style for customization orders. For initial orders, we can go as low as 100 units per order. Any units falling below the MOQ will be subject to a surcharge.

    What should I prepare to proceed with sampling?

    To proceed with sampling, you'll need to provide a tech pack, BOM, and artworks for your logo and printed/stripe pattern, if applicable. The artwork files should be in AI format with editable vector graphics. If you are not prepared with these required files, please contact us for further guidance. It's also important to provide fabric type and composition, as they are crucial for the sampling process. If you're uncertain about these details, you can submit a reference sample for us to assess the fabric quality.

    What is a tech pack and BOM?

    A tech pack, or technical package, is a comprehensive blueprint that describes a product's design details. This conveys to a manufacturer how a garment is to be produced. It generally includes flat sketches, colorways, reference images, sewing instructions, labeling and packing information. The Bill of Materials, or BOM is a complete list of raw materials, components, and instructions required to produce a finished product, including quantities needed for manufacturing.

    Can I import products duty-free to my country?

    Yes, duty-free imports are available for clients residing in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, EU, and EFTA countries. If you live in any of these regions, you can enjoy the duty-free services hassle-free. If your country is not on the list, don't worry! Please get in touch with us, and we'll be happy to assist you in confirming your eligibility for duty-free imports.

    Our main product category consists of polos, quarter-zip pullovers, hoodies, vests, jackets, pants, shorts, dresses, skirts, woven shirts, t-shirts, leggings, socks, masks, and hats. If your garment type is not included in the list, please contact us for further discussion.

    What is your production lead time?

    The bulk production typically takes 3-4 months upon receipt of your purchase order. Please note that the production lead time does not include the development stage.
